  • Major electrical. No rewiring, consumer units or new circuits. That needs a registered electrician.
  • Structural work. No extensions, load-bearing walls or roof structure repairs.

Of course. If you would rather we sourced the parts, mention it when you ask for a quote and we will include it.

Do you work for landlords and letting agents?

What do you not do?
